Main Responsibilities
1. Develop a marketing plan based on market analysis and company objectives.
2. Achieve sales targets set by the company.
3. Attend industry events, join professional organizations, and actively engage in social and business networking to connect with potential customers.
4. Responsible for developing team members through various means, such as mentoring, coaching, counseling, etc.

5. Preparing tender documents

6. Preparing data will be use in developing sales strategies

7. Conduct cost and benefit analysis for active and potential consumers in meeting their needs


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) from Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2. 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within Marketing; experience in Forwarding/Logistics is an advantage.

3. Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and branding.

4. Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing).

5. Skilled in analytics and and data-driven decision making.

6. Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.

7. Established relationships with reputable customers.

8. Familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), social media management platforms.

9. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

10. Knowledge of MK3L (K3, safety, environment) is preferred.
