Major Responsibilities:
- Facilitate office duties in office Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
- Assists visitors for the Office of Resource Development, using initiative and judgement.
- Maintains confidentiality of donors and gift information.
- Processes contributions and miscellaneous income and maintains financial records as required by the Foundation and College.
- Compile monthly financial reports for project Funds and for monthly reconciliation with College Finance team.
- Maintains donor CRM for the Office of Resource Development Office.
- Assists the Office of Resource Development with all aspects of fundraising and friend-raising.
- Research donor information and prospect data as needed for the Office of Resource Development.
- Create reports and documents for the Office of Resource Development.
- Plan, coordinate arrangements, and create invitations for meetings and special events led by the Office of Resource Development.
- Attend events, meetings, etc. outside of normal business hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Serves as the contact person for scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the Resource Development Team.
- Coordinates Resource Development committee activities, serving as recording secretary including notification of meetings, preparing correspondence and maintaining records relating to activities.
- Coordinates and documents travel arrangements and submits travel vouchers for the Office of Resource Development.
- Coordinates with Systems Office Foundation as required.
- Orders inventories and office supplies.
- Performs special assignments as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree.

- Ability to work independently and ability to keep business information confidential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General office finance and accounting knowledge.
- Experience with non-profit organizations and/or fundraising.
