This position reports to the Social Media & Digital Manager and is primarily responsible for assisting departments in the development, coordination, and execution of various social media content and marketing strategies and materials.   *This position is full-time, in-office only. General ResponsibilitiesMaintain an organized content calendar for daily execution, ensuring posts are timely, aligned with campaigns, product releases, and seasonal initiativesDevelop, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter) that aligns with the brand’s voice, goals, and marketing initiativesAssist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights, providing reports and basic recommendations for improving content effectivenessExecute and coordinate recurring paid social media campaigns (e.g., HR hiring ads) and approved organic content, ensuring they meet deadlines and adhere to brand standardsMonitor social media activity, engage with followers, and address comments or inquiries to maintain the brand’s reputation, including supporting Customer Service during critical or high-priority momentsCollaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, Legal) to ensure messaging consistency and compliance with brand and legal guidelines across all channelsOrganize and execute promotions for events, ticket sales, and merchandise, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and providing reports on outcomes.Content management/cataloguing images Work Schedule + BenefitsFull-time, Hourly, Non-ExemptOffice Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pmDepartment needs may call for occasional overtimeExcellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA’s, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance Pay Range is $31.60-$37.00 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company’s western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948.Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029.
