About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Conditional Access Policies, Palo Alto Firewalls, Desktop Administration (Windows and MacOS), and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations across the organization.

As a RADICL IT Admin, you will:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
- Design, implement, and monitor Conditional Access Policies to enforce secure access controls.
- Configure and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, including rule sets, VPNs, and threat prevention features.
- Provide desktop support and administration for Windows and MacOS environments.
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) across the business’s applications
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT systems and services.
- Deploy and manage an ITSM system.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base.
Your skillset/experience should include:
- Proven experience in IT administration with a focus on M365 enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
- Experience with Conditional Access Policies and identity management.
- Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls and network security.
- Proficiency in desktop support and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with SSO technologies and federated identity systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
