Your Role as an IEP Coordinator:
Coordinate the full IEP process, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Administer and maintain IEP Writer, including setup, user access, and tracking.
Monitor and communicate compliance deadlines (annual, quarterly, and monthly).
Manage correspondence and communication with families and LEAs, including distributing PTREs and re-evaluation reports.
Prepare all IEP-related documents, including permissions, releases, and meeting drafts/final documents.
Track and manage waiver documentation and IEP progress notes.
Maintain student files and software systems (Skyward, IEP Writer, QuickSchools, etc.).
Provide administrative support to education and clinical teams.
Ensure all work aligns with FERPA, HIPAA, and company confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and educational software systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic school environment.
