This position will primarily service one of our corporate client's several facilities in the Bentonville area. Candidates for this position must have a valid driver's license and good driving history for the past three years, as well as pass a company background check and a separate background check conducted by our customer. Candidates must also pass a drug screening.

As a Filter Tech in Bentonville, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for one of our largest retail customers.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
- Must pass the corporate customer's background check as well as BFC's background check.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, subject to monthly review.
- Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
- Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Work independently with remote supervision.
- Must be willing and able to potentially work 40-50 hours per week.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following:
- Facility and/or grounds maintenance
- Construction
- HVAC
- Cable installation
- Route driving
- Roofing
