FLSA Status: Exempt

Pay Range + other compensation components: $20.00-21.00

Shift (if applicable): 7am-3pm (flexible)

Position Overview

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will assist the Branch Manager with performing general clerical and reception duties.

Key Responsibilities

The Team Coordinator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • Answering phones
  • Overseeing mail, filing/scanning, handling packages, etc.
  • Welcoming and directing visitors.
  • Completing reports and assisting with annual projects
  • Handling all recruitment and hiring responsibilities for the Hazelwood, St. Peters, and Swansea, IL locations.
  • Handle basic accounts payable functions.
  • Handle basic payroll, employee relations, and employee benefit issues.
  • Responsible for Department of Transportation paperwork for all current and newly hired drivers.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Completing and maintain OSHA 300 and DART logs.

Required Qualifications 

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver's license as you will travel between locations.

 

The following is preferred:

  • Manipulating/creating Excel spreadsheets
  • Previous experience with data entry

 

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Ability to use a multi-phone line.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.

Working Conditions

  • Will be required to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Will be required to stoop, bend, and reach above the head and below the knees to file and retrieve data.
