The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to business partners, communicating HR initiatives that support organizational goals. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance of either our Ipswich, MA or Birmingham, AL locations.
What You'll Do:- Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Talent Management - Consult on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and implement solutions.
- Employee Relations - Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
- Organizational Development - Support management initiatives, organizational design, and team effectiveness strategies.
- Performance Management - Drive performance management processes, coach leaders on feedback and development conversations, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Compensation - Partner with Compensation to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.
- Workplace Inclusion - Champion inclusion initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws

You will be working with a highly collaborative team with diverse skill sets.
About You:- 5–7 years of progressive experience in a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner role, with demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in employee relations, including handling investigations, conflict resolution, and advising on discipline/corrective actions across all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
- Ability to influence and coach on strategic initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and meet communicated deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
