Role Overview:
 
As a Business Systems Analyst, you are essential to optimising the company’s business systems. You will manage, maintain, and innovate technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and align with the company's strategic goals. Additionally, you will support user training initiatives to ensure effective adoption and use of these systems.
 
In this role, you will support business objectives by analysing and improving system processes, gathering requirements, and recommending technology solutions. Working with cross-functional teams, you will document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technology drives organisational success.
 
Job Title | Business Systems Analyst
Location  | Head Office, Banbridge
Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm
Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to | IT Systems Manager

What You'll be Doing

This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of technology solutions. It involves managing IT projects and sourcing new ICT systems, streamlining business processes with technology-driven improvements, and ensuring accurate data is maintained for informed decision-making. The position also includes training and supporting end-users to maximise system utilisation, safeguarding data confidentiality and integrity, and performing additional duties as required by management.
