Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans by loop, aligning advertising, SEO/SEM, social, and reputation efforts with occupancy goals and market trends.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships (RentCafe Reach, SoCi, signage vendors, photographers, etc.).
- Lead monthly marketing reviews with regionals and operations, using data to guide proactive campaign adjustments.
- Maintain and evolve the “Focus List” process - identifying underperforming assets, diagnosing issues, and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
- Partner with Systems & Training (Abbie’s team) to ensure property marketing tools (CRM IQ, Chat IQ, SoCi, etc.) are optimized and consistently adopted.
- Coach and develop marketing coordinators on content creation, ad performance tracking, and property storytelling.
- Partner with corporate leadership to translate the Price Brothers brand platform into actionable marketing content for the company.
- Manage corporate-level marketing calendars and campaigns that cross over to residential - e.g., recruiting/employee spotlights, philanthropy/community storytelling, and PR tie-ins for key projects.
- Support execution of corporate digital channels (LinkedIn, website updates, and newsletter content), ensuring brand alignment and internal/external consistency.
- Collaborate with HR and Development on brand and communications initiatives (corporate website updates, careers page refresh, event highlights, etc.).
- Serve as a bridge between residential marketing and corporate communications, ensuring property acquisitions and community initiatives are shared outwardly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5–7+ years of experience in multifamily or residential marketing; strong foundation in digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and social/reputation platforms.
- Strategic, data-minded, and able to translate marketing analytics into operational action.
- Strong collaborator; experience working cross-functionally with operations, HR, and external agencies.
- Excellent writing, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Preferred exposure to corporate or brand marketing (e.g., managing social content, PR coordination, or web updates).
