Are you a December 2025 graduate ready to jumpstart your career in the insurance industry? The HIG Academy 2026 is a 6-week immersive development program designed to prepare you for a full-time role as a Commercial Lines Client Associate at Houchens Insurance Group beginning in January 2026. 

This program is your gateway to a dynamic career in client service with endless growth opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build lasting relationships, and receive mentorship from industry professionals. 

What You'll Experience: 

• Structured Learning & Development: Gain foundational knowledge in commercial insurance, client servicing, and industry tools.

Who We're Looking for: 

•  December 2025 graduates or anyone with a passion for client service, business, or insurance. 
•  Strong communication and organizational skills 
•  Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. 
•  Willingness to relocate to one of HIG’s office locations after the program concludes is strongly preferred.
