• Support store operations by ensuring the efficient flow of stock between the stockroom and shop floor.

• Maintain a well-organised, clean, and safe stockroom environment that reflects Ralph Lauren’s high standards.

• Accurately process deliveries, transfers, and replenishment to ensure product availability and readiness.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and management teams to meet business needs and react quickly to trading demands.

• Uphold asset protection and loss prevention procedures, ensuring all stock movements are recorded with accuracy and integrity.

• Assist with markdowns, consolidations, and seasonal transitions while maintaining operational efficiency.

• Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and pride in representing the Ralph Lauren brand behind the scenes.

• Previous experience in a retail stockroom or back-of-house environment preferred.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, unpacking, and moving boxes.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, including weekends and peak periods.
