GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Gain experience in low code/no code technology.

·         Works with stakeholders to understand business requirements that are translated into technical solutions.

·         Assists in the design of user interactions.

·         Collaborates across time zones via video conferencing and software such as MS Teams, Jira, and GitHub.

·         Completes project and support tasks with guidance from mentor and department leader.

·         Collaborates with fellow interns across departments on a strategic, cross-functional initiative that drives meaningful business impact.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

·         Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·         Experience in cloud infrastructure solutions (such as MongoDB, DataDog) is a plus.

·         Experience or desire to learn about low code/no code technology.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS:

·         N/A

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

·         Effective verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.

·         Demonstrate a high level of accountability setting personal goals and working to align these with business activities; work in an organized matter.

·         Learn quickly when faced with new challenges and situations; analyze success and failures.

·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Knowledge in the following areas would be a plus; Usage of Postman, CSS design, Creating Documentation.

·         Working knowledge of APIs.

·         Attention to detail and self-motivated.

·         Good analytical skills with ability to research issues and products.

·         Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with employees, customers, and other outside third parties.
