We are unique in that we take a whole-body perspective to treatment, combining conventional psychiatry and psychotherapy with mind-body techniques. Our goal is to get to the root-cause of your behavioral health conditions and provide the highest quality of personalized treatment for your specific needs.
Nexus also provides advanced depression treatment in the form of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for patients with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) and other mental health disorders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required one of the following current Pennsylvania Licensures: RN or LSW or MSW
Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Experience (outpatient preferred)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Cultivates a caring and compassionate patient focused experience by building healthy relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
-Acts and responds to clinical needs, patient needs appropriately and independently by using critical thinking and good clinical judgement for patients ranging across the lifespan.
- Effectively collaborates with all providers, patients, and staff to achieve desired patient outcomes through the continuum of care.
-Triages complex patient situations and coordinate care with provider, team members. Must be comfortable with crisis intervention.
- Coordinates care with outside organizations when necessary to ensure patients’ needs are safely met.
- Organizes/Coordinates care and develops trusting relationships with patients who require enhanced services within the practice.
- Screens and schedule new patient's appointment, intake workflow
- Manages certain therapeutic services (such as TMS), if assigned
- Assists with other administrative tasks, such as: scheduling, answering phone calls, checking in/outpatients, verifying insurance benefits, managing providers’ schedules, if needed.

Requirements for this position:
- Current CPR certification is required
- Obtain and maintain clearances below:
- Act 33 Clearance (PA Child Abuse Clearance)
- Act 73 Clearance (FBI Fingerprint Criminal History)
- Act 34 Clearance (PA Criminal Record Check)
- Comfortable with electronic medical record and other computer software
