Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics and we’re thrilled to offer eighth quarter internships for Bel-Rea Veterinary Technician students. Join our team and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you’ll do as a Bel-Rea Intern:
- Gain 400 hours of hands-on clinic experience during your eight quarter at Bel-Rea
- Work closely with our veterinary team to provide high-quality medical care to our patients
- Participate in an individualized program to enhance problem-solving, technical, and communication skills
- Work alongside veterinary professionals in various aspects of patient care
- Support technicians in diagnostic and treatment plans
- Learn fear-free techniques for patient exams, treatments, and procedures
- Engage in daily hospital nurse duties and responsibilities that provide an elevated level of care and experience for our patients and pet parents
- Real-world experience in primary and urgent care medicine in a small animal practice
- One-on-one mentorship and individualized onboarding to guide your professional development
- Opportunity to focus on specific areas of interest within the veterinary field
- Discover diverse roles and career opportunities while gaining practical experience
