Your role
As a Welder, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our compressed air & gas treatment, nitrogen & oxygen generation, and processing cooling equipment meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise and dedication are essential in manufacturing products according to detailed specifications and schedules. By joining our team, your commitment to excellence and help us deliver outstanding results to our customers.You will report to the Production Supervisor.
You will
- Weld (mig,tig, and stick) machines and components per production prints and company established best work practices.
- Assemble threaded and welded machines
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
- Maintain manufacturing production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Be a Certified Welder or have 3+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in the use of hand tools
Ability to read mechanical blue prints and assembly drawings
Ability to use a measuring tape and perform simple math.
Ability to Lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time accordingly.
Ability to work and solve problems independently.
- Operate a forklift (preferable)
