What You’ll Do
As a Senior Data Analyst – Accounting & Operations, you'll play a key role in driving process efficiency, resolving complex accounting issues, and supporting financial reporting excellence. This is a dynamic opportunity to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Audit teams, leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms to optimize accounting operations.
- Collaborate with Controllership team members to analyze journal entries and reconciliations, implementing improvements using tools such as Excel Get & Transform (Power Query), Alteryx, SQL, Oracle, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Support reporting efforts for reconciliations, audit request lists, and task tracking to ensure timely completion across the organization.
- Partner with Financial Systems and IT teams to work through large data sets and resolve accounting-related issues.
- Assist in developing and testing new processes and software enhancements.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business needs.
- Communicate effectively with the Financial Reporting team, internal stakeholders, and external auditors in preparation for Form 10-Q, 10-K, and other regulatory filings.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required.
- Experience with one or more of the following: PowerBI, Power Query, Command Prompt, Oracle, VBA, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation.
- Familiarity with large ERP systems (Oracle Financials, OBIEE) preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive is a plus.
- Highly analytical, self-motivated, and effective in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong team collaboration and business partnership skills.
