The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the continued efficient workflow planning and execution for daily activity; optimum activity in Relationship Associate’s diaries, effective logistics-management and problem-solving.

The Relationship Support Officer will support the Relationship Managers and the Regional Manager where required.

You will be working with Marketing Team, Customer Relations Team, and divisions of the Sales Team to support our Employer Clients and Customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regular communications to key stakeholders, raising visibility on workforce planning issues

  • Client profile management, create, amend, and notify relevant teams of updates

  • Assist Relationship Associate’s to help schedule and organise packs for Inductions/Orientations

  • Ensure all communication with employer sites is recorded correctly in CRM for example phone conversations, email communications etc in the respective fields

  • Update CRM for Data Integrity ensuring correct employer records, FTE, contacts are populated

  • Execute on specified employer sends for social media posts/digital tiles that are identified by RMs

  • Build strong and effective working relationships with customer representatives to achieve business objectives and superior customer satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail exhibiting commitment to ensuring completeness and accuracy of tasks, information, and activities.

  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships and work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise utilising solid judgment and decision-making capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a larger team, whilst showing a mature and motivated desire to achieve results autonomously. 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of salary packaging would be advantageous.
