Supports the Programme Management Office to ensure projects and programmes are delivered in accordance with LSEG standards and controls.
The role will either support a central PMO team of a portfolio or will be aligned to a larger project or programme. This is for a fixed-term contract of 6 months to 1 year.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis of Project and Portfolio MI
Supports implementation of governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables
Monitors the progress of tasks against timelines and budgets, advising Project and Programme Managers where activities are behind schedule or over budget
Maintains an accurate and detailed risk log aligned to LSEG risk processes, including probability and severity of risks
Collates, consolidates and analyses project information to produce reports, status updates and commentary
Assists with the monitoring of a change roadmap for the portfolio and uses change management processes, policies and standard methodologies
Completes quality assurance of project plans and logs to ensure information is complete, up to date and in line with standards
Essential
Excellent information analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to represent sophisticated information in a simple and significant way
Excellent information management, collation and reporting skills, and proficiency with reporting tools such as Clarity PPM or other similar PPM tools
Proven understanding and experience of formal project management methodologies, project planning, project financial management, and project resource management.
Experience with Financial Management / Analysis
Strong digital literacy, including sophisticated knowledge of the MS Office suite of products, and a willingness and skill to learn new tools quickly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; consistent record to work within a team
Experience in a similar project analysis or support role
A strong customer service focus and able to build effective working relationships with employees and external partners/suppliers.
Comfortable working in a team environment and to process complete work packages on time.
High attention to detail and an orderly approach to processing.
Educated to degree level or equivalent

A similar Transformation Support Function
Experience in large investment banking or financial services organizations would be advantageous
Experience working optimally with global teams
Background in data support, data maintenance roles
