We are looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join our team, supporting the Scheduler in coordinating care services while ensuring the highest quality of service to our clients.
This role will be carried out on a full time basis at our Leek office, working Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm with additional out of hours working as part of an on-call rota.
We are offering a salary of £27,500.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Scheduler in organising client visits
- Assist with day-to-day changes, including covering sickness, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments
- Communicate schedule changes promptly to Care Professionals and clients as required
- Help maintain small, consistent care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Build positive relationships with clients and Care Professionals
- Collaborate with the Care, Client Services, and Quality Teams to help resource care packages efficiently
- Be part of the on-call rota, and do client visits during on-call when required
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in a care setting
- Very confident using computers and able to quickly learn new IT systems
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communicator and strong team player
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Must have a full driving licence and access to own vehicle
