We’re looking for a Supply Chain Engineer to join our team and help us take our Distribution, Warehousing, and Manufacturing operations to the next level. This role is all about driving performance, optimizing automation systems, and helping our teams work more efficiently every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep our automation systems running at their best — from conveyors and sorters to packing and shipping equipment.

• Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and Facilities to improve workflows, reduce downtime, and make our processes even more efficient.

• Dig into data to find opportunities for improvement and help bring those ideas to life.

• Lead or support projects that make a real difference in how we work.

• Work with vendors on maintenance plans, upgrades, and system support.

• Help make sure our standard processes are followed and continuously improved.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or early career roles all count!).

• A solid understanding of Lean or Six Sigma principles.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or material handling systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Great communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working with people at all levels
