The Revenue Cycle Supervisor – Behavioral Health serves as the operational lead and second-in-command to the Sr. Director of Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle. Position oversees the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all billing, cash posting, authorization, and payer follow-up activities. The Supervisor provides leadership, mentorship, and oversight for revenue cycle staff, leads payer communications, and assists in strategic initiatives aimed at improving cash flow, reducing denials, and optimizing reimbursement. This role acts as a key liaison between Finance, Clinical Operations, and Information Systems, supporting the overall fiscal health of the organization. The position also supports grant-funded programming and Department of Child Services (DCS) contract compliance, ensuring services and billing align with funding requirements and payer regulations.

Applicants must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration, Accounting or relevant field preferred.

5 years of progressive industry experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle or payer relations, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
