Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us

At TelyRx, we’re revolutionizing access to essential medications by combining cutting-edge technology with a patient-centered approach. Inspired by our mission of "A Faster Way to Wellness," we strive to simplify healthcare and provide seamless, hassle-free access to the medications people need. We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a deep understanding of Magento’s Luma theme to join our team. This role requires someone who can design intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing interfaces while working within the theme’s capabilities.

Position Overview:

At TelyRx, we’re redefining the digital pharmacy experience — putting patients at the center of everything we build. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user experiences that are functional, accessible, and help build our brand in the space.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our product vision and design system. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives across our web and mobile platforms — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals and implementation support. As an early design leader on our growing digital team, you’ll set a high bar for design craft, usability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for TelyRx’s web and mobile products — from initial concept to final handoff – for both internal and external audiences
  • Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that drive usability and clarity
  • Conduct user testing and usability research to uncover friction points and inform design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to bring designs to life
  • Execute A/B tests and leverage behavioral data to improve user experience and performance metrics
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through iterative design, testing, and analysis
  • Contribute to major rebranding and redesign initiatives, helping evolve the TelyRx visual identity and digital experience
  • Maintain and evolve the TelyRx design system for consistency and scalability across platforms
  • Advocate for accessible, responsive, and inclusive design practices across all screens and experiences
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends, healthcare industry best practices, and emerging tools and technologies

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio of digital work
  • Proven ability to lead design projects from discovery through delivery in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in ecommerce and d2c companies and platforms
  • Fluency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms (e.g., Framer, InVision)
  • Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and brand alignment
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills — you can clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries (HIPAA familiarity a plus)

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with health or wellness brands.
  • If you live in Seattle, WA, Dallas, TX, or Clearwater, FL.

Benefits

  •  Health Coverage: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  •  Retirement: 401(k) plan.
  •  Time Off: Generous paid time off policy.
  •  Career Growth: Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding company.
  •  Mission-Driven Work: Be part of an organization focused on healthcare accessibility and innovation.
