Tätigkeitsbereiche:

-Supervise, motivate, and coach team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

-Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth.

-Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered by all team members.

-Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

-Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies.

-Support budget management and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.

-Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.

-Act as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager, making sound decisions to maintain smooth operations.

-Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the standard for customer service, productivity, and teamwork.

-Monitor product availability, shelf presentation, and planogram compliance to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.

-Ensure all operational tasks (e.g. deliveries, stock rotation, returns) are completed accurately and on time.

Monitor customer flow and adjust staffing or processes to reduce waiting times and improve service quality.

Qualifikationen:

-Minimum 2-4 years in Assistant Manager position.

-Experience in fast-paced, high-volume retail is a strong advantage.

-Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate, coach, and lead a diverse team to meet performance and service goals.

-Customer Orientation: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.

-Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing under pressure, and ensuring smooth store operations.

-Communication: Clear and confident communicator, both with the team and customers.

-Numeracy & Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with KPIs, sales data, and stock management systems.

-Knowledge of merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional execution.

Energetic and hands-on, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
