Description
Are you passionate about IT support and eager to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We’re looking for a Service Desk Agent to join our team and provide high-quality technical assistance to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, remote tools, and on-site assistance.
- Monitor ICT systems, proprietary platforms, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and escalate hardware/software incidents.
- Handle service requests related to hardware and software.
- Perform basic system administration tasks.
- Offer technical advice and respond to user queries.
Requirements
- Education: Vocational Training in IT (FP II or equivalent).
- Language: Spanish C1/C2 and English level B2/C1.
- Experience: Between 1–3 years in Service Desk Level I–II roles.
- Skills:
- Experience working with knowledge management documentation (reading and writing).
- Functional understanding of IT services and technical platforms.
- Proactivity and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
