As part of the team, you’ll use your coding skills to design and develop applications and play a key role in identifying and fixing security risks—keeping systems safe from cyber threats.
Life as a Software Engineering Intern
As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation—using both current and emerging technologies to help shape what’s next. You’ll design and deliver custom-built solutions and play a hands-on role in every phase of development: from concept and coding to testing and deployment.
You won’t be limited to one path. You’ll explore a wide range of roles across applications, cloud, infrastructure, data, DevOps, tech architecture, quality assurance, and software engineering. Each project brings something new— different industries, different challenges, and different technologies.
You’ll rotate through projects of varying lengths and scope, gaining exposure to diverse sectors and real-world problems. No matter the task, you’ll be applying your software engineering and computing skills to build innovative, impactful solutions.

📚 What You’ll Learn
- You will start your journey with some core training, teaching you all the key skills you’ll need to be a successful analyst at Accenture
- You will undergo some programme specific training to prepare you for your first client role. This can include delivery lifecycle, specific technologies and platforms and broader technology implementation approaches and methodologies.
- You will get the opportunity to gain industry recognised accreditations such as Cloud and Technology Platform certifications.
- Core Analyst Training: Our core learning programme designed to help new joiners build confidence and skills across areas from delivery best practice, how to work with clients, and programme specific skills.
- Project-based learning: You’ll work on real challenges for real clients and with support from experienced teams, gain confidence and knowledge on the job.
