AVAILABLE POSITION – ASSISTANT WRESTLING COACH

Location – New Ulm High School

Job Summary – The assistant coach provides leadership and expertise regarding the rules, strategies, and techniques for the assigned activity, utilizing knowledge of the specific equipment and events, physical fitness, and safety to prepare participants mentally and physically to compete at the highest level.

Qualifications – Previous high school/middle school coaching experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of organization and techniques as they relate to wrestling is preferred. The ability to motivate student-athletes in an education-based manner is required, as well as the ability to ensure proper skill development is being achieved.

Start Date – As agreed upon; 2025-26 Wrestling Season

Compensation Package – Position Classification C12 offers a starting salary of $3,307.20 - $3,789.50, based on experience. No benefit package is offered with this position.
