We are looking for a highly motivated Product Commercialization and Engagement Manager to drive the operational, communication, and stakeholder engagement processes that ensure successful product delivery and adoption. This role owns the administration and governance of product platforms (ProductBoard, Jira, intranet), oversees go-to-market processes, and manages release communications to internal stakeholders and clients.
As a people leader, you will manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, aligning them with organizational goals and ensuring execution excellence. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex product initiatives into clear, actionable plans for both internal and external audiences.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Manage administration and process ownership for ProductBoard, Jira, and the Product intranet.
- Oversee go-to-market and commercialization activities, including feature demos, release communications, and stakeholder engagement groups.
- Serve as the key communication bridge between product teams, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure feedback is captured and incorporated into product planning.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and alignment with business priorities.
- Track and report on product delivery health using dashboards, Jira reports, and other metrics tools.
- Partner with product management, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to support cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Identify risks, gaps, and blockers across migrations, releases, and GTM activities; proactively drive resolution.
- Support continuous improvement in product operations and commercialization processes to enable scale.
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, commercialization, or program management within a technology-driven environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring project managers or cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, go-to-market processes, and Agile/SDLC frameworks.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ProductBoard (or similar platforms).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex product updates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.
