$20.00+ per hour BOE

Position Overview:

Arbors Management is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Natrona Heights. This is a full-time position that requires basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a variety of tasks and be flexible with daily responsibilities.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Perform basic plumbing tasks (e.g., repairing toilets, drains, and hot water tanks)
• Handle basic electrical work (e.g., switches, fixtures, outlets)
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Hang and repair drywall
• Manage custodial duties, including trash removal and groundskeeping
• Respond to emergency repair requests during on-call hours
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure facility upkeep

Qualifications of a Maintenance Technician include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and custodial tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt as needed
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
