This is a role in the SF Bay Area. We require in-office 2-3 days a week and work from home otherwise.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated full-cycle Recruiter to support hiring across key functions, including Engineering, Design, Operations, and more. This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end recruitment expertise, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and closing. The recruiter will work closely with leaders and team members to attract top talent for Haven.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, innovative, and capable of executing quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, demonstrating strong attention to detail, the ability to push back when needed, and utilizing data and insights to drive decision-making. Your ability to build and execute creative sourcing strategies will be key to ensuring we attract diverse, high-quality talent to meet the evolving needs of our business.
You'll Help Us:
Your primary focus will be managing candidates, the pipeline, and being a positive first point of contact with potential future co-workers.
Key responsibilities include:
Take full ownership of the recruiting process from start to finish, driving key decisions at each stage to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
Own the sourcing of top-tier talent by utilizing a diverse range of channels.
Build strong relationships across leadership teams within the organizations you support. Help our hiring managers succeed in their organizational goals.
Be a Haven evangelist at every touchpoint with candidates and advocate for them throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial outreach to final offer.
Bonus points if you can design and lead the implementation of structured assessments, including scorecards and interviews. Drive Efficiency throughout the hiring process and identify and improve key metrics such as time to hire and candidate funnel optimization.
What we look for:
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and the nuances of recruiting in the engineering field.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is essential. They should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, a passion for talent acquisition, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also key. Finally, the candidate must have experience managing the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.
