Campers Inn RV is looking for a Centralized Warranty Manager. This role is responsible for the training, support and ensuring the claims processing standards for the company are meeting the department goals.  This position is located in Jacksonville, FL.

Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

  1. Develop and facilitate routine industry and company warranty trainings 
  2. Manage and oversee the Regional Warranty staff 
  3. Ensure the claims process is meeting standard company goals and expectations 
  4. Work closely with the National Fixed Ops Director to achieve company goals and initiatives

Work Setting: Hybrid, including significant travel

 Qualifications

  1. Education: 
    1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  2. Experience:
    1. A minimum of one year of RV experience is preferred
  3. Abilities:              
    1. Travel required to company locations (up to 50%). A valid drivers license and good driving record required. 
    2. Solid communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate effectiveness working with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts
    3. Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekends
    4. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
    5. Reliable, self motivated, and strong work ethic 
    6. Ability to work independently as well as on a team
    7. Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
    8. Proficiency in MS office
    9. Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
    10. Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports
