As a Brand Ambassador Supervisor at TransWest, you will lead a team of frontline representatives who are the face of our transportation services. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of customer service while supporting, training, and mentoring Brand Ambassadors to ensure they create a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for every client.

Compensation:
- $24.26 - $28.76/ Hour
- TransWest Brand Ambassador's will make $3.50 / hour on top of current hourly rate.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach Brand Ambassadors across various locations, including downtown Seattle, downtown Bellevue, and other offsite sites throughout the greater Seattle area.
- Provide timely and constructive performance feedback to Brand Ambassadors' managers to support ongoing development.
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain operational flexibility by working effectively at all existing service locations and quickly adapting to new site deployments.
- Collaborate with dispatch and driver team leadership to address operational issues such as road closures, shuttle delays, early departures, and lost & found reporting.
- Support team logistics by assisting with tasks such as distributing uniforms and gear to staff.
- Maintain a strong understanding and application of the "Three S's": Safety, Service, and Schedule.
- Safety: Enforce and model adherence to load zone safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for passengers, team members, and the public.
- Service: Uphold TransWest’s customer service standards by delivering a professional experience and supporting the team in maintaining appearance and conduct policies.
- Schedule: Utilize mobile apps (e.g., TripShot) to monitor shuttle routes, track live vehicle locations, and assist team members in staying on schedule.
- Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Consistent and dependable attendance record
- Reliable transportation and a personal vehicle required for prompt travel between multiple work locations
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and clients
- Adaptable and able to remain calm and solution-focused in dynamic or changing environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Comfortable using mobile applications such as TripShot and Paycom for operational and HR-related tasks
- Motivated to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Brand Ambassador program
- Physically able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
