Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administrator to support our Lease Administration team in managing real estate data and financial processes for a prestigious government account. Key Responsibilities
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring lease compliance and financial accuracy, including:
• Uploading and managing executed lease documents
• Preparing lease obligation summaries and rent rolls
• Maintaining registers for documents, insurance, and security deposits
• Calculating CPI increases and updating internal systems (CREAM/FOCUS)
• Generating funding requests and processing purchase orders
• Reconciling charges and preparing workflows for lease terminations
• Handling landlord payment inquiries and ensuring timely supplier payments
What You Bring
• 2–3 years’ experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable)
• Experience in lease administration or real estate data management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Degree in Finance or MBA preferred
