We’re looking for someone to help make sure that every Carma car gets the right parts, and the right time! Whether you have experience in parts and procurements, or you love cars and have sourced parts for your own cars (and are keen to grow your skills), this is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving team!
What you'll be doing?
- Jump online or on the phone to find the right parts at the best prices, to keep repairs on track.
- Dive into our in-house tech systems to keep orders and work data flawless, quickly troubleshooting any errors that pop up.
- Manage orders, chasing them up and ensuring the parts arrive on time and are sent where they are needed.
- Keep stock levels organised and up to date in our system.
- Build great relationships with suppliers - and negotiate great prices.
- Look for ways to improve processes and boost efficiency.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- Experience in parts, procurement or supply chain would be ideal.
- You have strong problem-solving skills - you’ll be able to creatively think of ways to source parts (from dealers, to ebay and even marketplace sites!).
- You’re organised, tech savvy, and always one step ahead in juggling general admin (any experience with parts systems or a DMS would be an advantage but we have our own in-house systems here that you'll get full training on!)
- You’re confident negotiating and building relationships.
- You're a go-getter looking for ways to improve and make things more efficient.
- You’re a great communicator and love working with others!
