Stipend - Your starting stipend will be INR 25000 for the first 3 months. After three months, based on your performance your stipend will gradually increase.
The increase will happen as follows -
Certificate on successful completion of the internship. Letter of Recommendation or PPO on delivering exceptional results with CTC ranging between 5 to 7 LPA.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Content Operations at TravClan is closely related to business operation. Hence in this role, you have to work in operations for first 3 - 6 months.
- End to end manage all and keep all the pricing and fulfillment data updated on our system by working on excel / internal tools.
- Identify and correct data / pricing errors and data sanity issues.
- Create industry leading content backed by data and customer preferences to drive more sales.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize offerings and improve the portal experience

The Recruitment Process:
Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30-minute group discussion round.
Technical Task: A technical task related to the excel and data analysis.
Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.
Important Points:
Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
