As an SMB Account Representative for Lenovo, you will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, showcasing the benefits of Lenovo products, and competing against the competition. You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will configure, price, negotiate, and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via the telephone. You understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions.Key Responsibilities:Stay current with the IT industry, with a solid understanding of computer-based programs, and demonstrate the ability to learn and present hardware portfolios to clients.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet both short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas.Oversee the complete sales cycle for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers to achieve revenue and profit targets.Maintain a weekly sales forecast and pipeline, providing clear updates on the status of client portfolios.Deliver exceptional sales and operational support, ensuring the highest level of customer service.Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and address potential churn risks, while formulating actionable plans.Recommend products, services, and solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs and business goals.Align with corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasting and opportunity management, to drive high performance and success.Leverage our streamlined sales methodology to guide prospects through the sales process, ensuring success from initial contact to closure.Engage actively with the SMB community, attending meetings and sharing best practices to contribute to collective success.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.4-5 years of proven success in Inside Sales.Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.Must be driven, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, articulate, and possess strong phone skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities, with superior organizational and multitasking skills.Experience working in a quota-driven sales environment is essential.Native or fluent in business-level English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.What Lenovo can offer?Life InsuranceMeal VouchersEmployee Referral BonusLenovo and Motorola Product DiscountsEmployee Assistance Program, e.g., for health, legal & financial consultancyInternal E-learning Development Platform Available for Employees
