As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will guide multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable capabilities that drive meaningful impact across the organization. Your day-to-day will include mentoring team members, conducting system and architecture reviews, and ensuring the integrity and documentation of the products your teams own. What you’ll do
- Lead engineering teams across large capabilities or multiple smaller initiatives.
- Define team objectives and key results in partnership with team members.
- Mentor engineers on technical skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct system and architecture reviews to ensure product quality and alignment.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, tools, and standards.
Basic qualifications
- 1 year of leadership experience
- 5 years of software development experience
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of software development experience
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading code reviews.
- Certifications in cloud technologies or agile methodologies
