JOB SUMMARY:
Sears Home Services is embarking on an in-housing initiative to bring more control, efficiency, and innovation to our digital marketing programs. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing & Automation who will lead the strategy and execution of our paid search, shopping, and programmatic campaigns across our In-Home Appliance Repair and D2C Parts business units, while driving automation across our marketing tech stack. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
- Owns strategy, hands-on execution, and optimization of paid search, Product Listing Ads, Meta Shopping campaigns, and modern programmatic platforms
- Manages lead generation programs with a focus on quality, volume, and cost efficiency
- Translates operational data into marketing tactics across diverse planning areas
- Analyzes and improves performance across the end-to-end consumer funnel: Web/phone inquiries, in-home appointment scheduling, completed job, post-service engagement
- Leverages funnel data to identify drop-off points and implement campaign optimizations that improve conversion rates at every step
- Partners with Operations and Analytics teams to ensure marketing insights are fully integrated into service delivery
- Develops and owns the decision framework for driving profitability improvements across the marketing portfolio
- Partners closely with Finance to attribute marketing impact to business outcomes
- Leads forecasting and budget management for a portfolio upwards of $20M annually, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI discipline
- Introduces and scales automation within campaign management and reporting to maximize efficiency
- Leverages AI tools and advanced bidding/targeting solutions to drive program growth
- Identifies opportunities for marketing technology integration and process improvement
- Acts as the primary connector between Marketing, Operations, and Finance, ensuring campaign strategies align with business priorities and budgets
- Translates complex operational needs into actionable digital strategies
- Partners with analytics and finance teams to measure ROI and forecast impact
- Leads audience segmentation strategies across platforms (paid search, Meta, programmatic)
- Designs and implements structured testing roadmaps for creative, messaging, and targeting
- Improves personalization and conversion outcomes through data-driven experimentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in paid search, product listing ads, Meta shopping campaigns, and programmatic advertising
- Proven track record of leveraging automation/AI to scale and optimize performance marketing programs
- Strong background in lead generation marketing, ideally within home services or multi-location businesses
- Demonstrated success in budget ownership ($1M+ / month), forecasting, and financial accountability in partnership with Finance
- Experience managing campaigns across large geographic footprints (multi-region or national scope)
- Hands-on experience with paid search platforms, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 or equivalent DSPs, and marketing analytics tools
