$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days).
Hours: Monday - Thursday 11:30 a.m. -9 p.m.
Alternating Weekends- Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm and Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Pay: $14.00 per hour plus eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses
Description: Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of computers.
Training: Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington.
Working Environment & Physical Effort This position requires the ability to:
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing/writing) for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks.
- Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
