Data Integration Analyst I
Full time; Non-Exempt; 37.5 hours/week; overtime as required.

General Description:
Monitor and manage daily functions and operations of a portfolio of loans transfer of servicing as related to data movement and integration to ensure smooth and timely conversion into MSP.
Essential Functions and Duties:
• Complete data migration for all master loan data fields, special loan workstations, and escrow related fields for all servicing transfer conversions from various client’s servicing systems of record to MSP.
• Produce required data tables for mapping servicer’s servicing system codes to applicable MSP codes.
• Complete detailed balancing of all monetary and mortgage note related data points of mid-size and large transfers including fund reconciliation.
• Respond to or assist the team with any data related transfer of servicing issues, including research, and trial and final audit and comparison of data.
• Manipulate data from various servicing platforms and convert it to usable formats to convert/map into MSP.
• Effectively communicate organizational standards and procedures to clients by demonstrating knowledge of applicable functions and recognizing differences in servicing processes.
• Review screen prints, client reports, conversion output, test regions and data files for each event, advising project managers, acquisition analysts, and/or client of data integrity issues, post conversion data clean-up, verification, or data conversion table errors; convert files to Excel for data review.
• Review client data files/reports, questionnaire, and compose analytical findings in preparation for data mapping sessions with clients.
• Ensure completion of all tasks in accordance with the Project Plan, documenting tasks with detailed notes, completion dates, and status.
• Work with internal operational areas to establish client-specific procedures and document process change requests.
• Maintain accurate and timely communication with subservicing clients, previous servicers, and internal department personnel to ensure minimal impact to clients and their customers.
• Actively participate in project team meetings to provide status updates on reports and identify and resolve potential key issues.
• Conduct research on any data related transfer of servicing issues, completing updates and data cleanup in MSP.
• Monitor and stay current in mortgage servicing matters as well as organizational policies and procedures.
• Understand the impact of data conversions as it pertains to servicing operations.
• Maintain high levels of cooperation and rapport with team members to promote accurate and efficient operations and service.
• Formulate and communicate suggestions that may improve profitability or productivity.
• Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• HS diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years’ data analysis and/or data conversion and integration experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in mortgage servicing or similar financial industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. Advanced Excel and Access database skills required.
• Experience with Macros, merge documents.
• Working knowledge of accounting functions as they relate to reconciliation and balancing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, decision-making, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing and adapting to changing or conflicting needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and lead discussions with all levels of management and clients as well as an ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences.
• Self-directed; able to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision; ability to effectively transition between independent work and team tasks in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred/Other Qualifications:
• Experience in MSP or other mortgage servicing software.
• Knowledge of non-MSP mortgage servicing platforms.
• Experience in Monarch.
• Experience with JIRA Project Management Software.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The employee must be comfortable in either an on-site office setting, or a quiet, designated work from home space that is free from distractions and noise. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
