The Bartender @ The Cardinal at North Hills will prepare and serve beverages and food to residents with the utmost level of hospitality. Mixing and garnishing cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and following or creating cocktail recipes will fall under the Barkeep’s responsibilities.
Schedule: Full Time - 1pm -9pm (weekend availability)
Pay Rate $19/hr (no tips)
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?
- Welcome residents to the bar area.
- Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make
- recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to residents.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
What will I need to be successful in this role?

- High school graduate preferred
- At least 2 years of Bardtending experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
- High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
