DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Shooting Star Casino team members will always deliver excellent guest service to our guests and fellow co-workers.

Provides prompt, courteous customer service to meet the uniform needs of the Shooting Star Casino associates.
• Distributes and retrieves uniforms as needed throughout an assigned shift.
• Communicates with associates to fulfill their uniform concerns, problems, questions.
• Requests needed uniforms by submitting the proper paperwork to supervisor.

Provides laundry service to our associates of the Shooting Star Casino.
• Accepts laundry through our computerized tracking system.
• Responsible for the laundering, drying, pressing and distributing back to associates assigned rack.
• Inspects the quality of the uniforms for needed repairs of replacement.
• Completes proper paperwork in detail for needed repairs.

Assist associates in the fitting of uniforms to ensure proper fit and appearance.
• Responsible for the proper fit and appearance of associates uniforms.
• Direct any seamstress needs to the seamstress or by completing the proper paperwork.
• Ensure the strictest of confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Assist with month end inventory each month.
• Responsible for month end inventory count using our computerized tracking system.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma and or general education degree (GED). Related experience and/or training. Computer experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & DESIGNATIONS
Must meet licensing requirements as prescribed by the Tribal-State Compact for gaming.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of and skill in using a personal computer.
• Knowledge of effectively presenting yourself and responding in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of reading and writing short correspondence and memos.
• Skills using mathematical calculations.
• Skills to operate general office machines.
• Skills to operate industrial laundry and pressing equipment.
• Ability to work with a uniform control system with proficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Work is done where the noise level is usually moderate.
• Occasional exposure to moderate concentration levels of tobacco smoke.
• Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens.
• Frequent exposure to dust/dirt.
• Exposure to dangerous chemicals/solvents.
