What you’ll do
- Manage a small team of associates and/or interns.
- Identify, develop, scale, and manage suppliers that meet CSS requirements for technology, functionality, cost, and quality.
- Conduct supplier market research and create a strong supplier portfolio.
- Establish RFQ processes, vendor selection criteria, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams on product development to support product launches.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant Work Experience: 7-10 years
- Experience in any of these industries: Commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, F&B, construction, and manufacturing.
- Strong work ethic and takes initiative on assigned tasks.
- Clear understanding of how tasks play into larger workflows.
- Ensures the accuracy of information gathered and presented is detailed and precise.
