General Purpose

Assist with purchasing duties including being point on the asset tagging process. Assist with the Onsite Services team on new hotel move-ins as the home office liaison to the equipment transition on site. Oversee the on time and efficient execution of company inventories and support our inventory database. Assist on show site and the showrooms for Production Services as needed.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain the proposal/inventory management database and act as “hot line” customer service to our field family needs
• Update asset codes as they are added or deleted
• Ensure asset tags are successfully used throughout the system and maintained with little to no downtime
• Ensure equipment is deployed properly and completely to the two arms of the company
• Provide support & training as needed for users
• Conduct inventories regularly per company SOP 
• Assist with product purchasing from ordering to delivery
• Work with accounting to ensure purchasing information is accurate and complete from Purchase Order to invoice to receipt
• Support the new hotel move-in process at hotels when acquired
• Assist warehouse needs when appropriate and perform special company projects as needed

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Strong knowledge of Audio Visual equipment
• Strong knowledge of or ability to learn our inventory systems
• General knowledge of HSIA, Microsoft, and Apple/MAC products
• Proficient in data entry, and management
• 5+ years hands on Audio Visual experience 
• College or 2 year equivalent degree preferred
