The Assistant Manager, Operations & Maintenance is responsible for maintaining GoodLeap’s portfolio of installed energy systems as well as assisting with the completion of projects for dissolved installers. In this role, the Assistant Manager will supervise a team of Project Managers and Project Specialists who will collaborate with customers, installers, and service providers to troubleshoot system issues and schedule service visits when needed. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing the completion of multiple install pipelines related to out-of-business installers. The O&M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of 8-12 employees which includes weekly check-ins, training, timesheet management, and coaching
Reporting and oversight of team KPI’s related to O&M and dissolved installers
Resolve executive level customer escalations in a timely manner
Review repair quotes for accuracy and approve when appropriate. Organize and submit service provider invoices for payment.
Onboard new installers and third party service providers while also negotiating favorable pricing and terms for GoodLeap
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a management or supervisory role
Must be able to adapt to quickly learning new systems
Intermediate Excel and CRM (Salesforce) knowledge
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to motivate others to achieve maximum results
Basic understanding of solar projects required; Previous solar O&M experience preferred
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
