PALFINGER is searching for a Sales Administrator. This position is located in OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. This position reports to the Sales Operations & Order Fulfillment Manager. The Sales Administrator supports call management, post-service and post-delivery follow-ups, warranty registrations, and customer satisfaction surveys. The coordinator also serves as the primary front desk representative.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls to greet customers and appropriately route them to the correct team on site.
  • Responsible for the customer experience of the incoming call and is empowered to raise awareness to call urgency and the availability of the departments receiving the communication. Customer information is taken when needed to allow for follow-up.
  • Manage a call log and categorization to track incoming call volume and type. This role owns incoming calls for tracking, providing feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Execute survey to customers on their experience at the 6 month milestone following delivery.  Route feedback to sales/service and handoff for them to handle any outstanding issues.
  • Act as the primary front desk representative, welcoming visitors and assisting them in connecting with the appropriate on-site personnel. Responsibilities include managing basic front desk tasks such as distributing applications, collecting literature, and ensuring a positive first impression for all guests.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Sales Administrator experience, preferably in a manufacturing/sales environment.
  • Experience handling phone calls, sales administration, or front desk operations is highly valued.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer care and internal coordination. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and familiarity with call routing systems or CRM tools.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus, but not required.
