Income Potential: $300,000 – $350,000+ (base salary + commission)

Our Area Sales Leaders (ASL) are the driving force behind that mission. They don’t just lead sales teams – they inspire, coach, and empower our New Home Specialists (NHS) to perform at the highest level. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple design centers, ensure revenue goals are met, and foster a culture of excellence built on trust, accountability, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with leadership and construction teams to align strategy, elevate performance, and deliver an unmatched experience for every Brown Haven customer.

Your Competitive Edge:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Success. 5+ years of sales leadership experience, you’ve led winning teams, exceeded revenue goals, and know how to inspire others to do the same.
  • Driven Over Degrees. A bachelor’s is preferred, but grit, results, and ambition matter more.
  • Willingness to Learn. You pick up new systems quickly and thrive in a fast-moving environment – experience with tools like HubSpot or Asana is a plus.
