Marketing Coordinator

You will assist the Director  of Marketing on creating content for TNi as well as assisting with sales  presentations and providing support to our terminals on promotional  items for our employees! Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule  posts for all RMR social media channels as well as respond to inquiries.  This includes supporting the marketing assistant on social content,  including daily TikTok posts.
• Work closely with Director of  Marketing and Marketing Assistant on projects like promotional items,  sales collateral, apparel, and site/social content
• Maintains calendar of upcoming posts and company events for all RMR brands
• Creates and distributes driver newsletter for all companies (TNi: monthly, all other companies quarterly)
• Works  with recruiting and marketing departments to obtain current and  prospective driver information, including lead origination,  qualifications, testimonials and other data
• Designs and orders posters, postcards and other media for safety department
• Designs and orders promotional items and apparel for TNi and other brands
• Other duties as assigned by the Marketing department

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have previous experience in one or more of the following skills:

• Knowledge of Hubspot
• Sales Team Support experience
• Knowledge of Social Media management, Google Ads/SEO, or other relevant experience
• Prior experience with production of video content
• Prior experience in Graphic design
• Knowledge of Transportation/Logistics
• Knowledge of JIT Freight
• Possesses good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and has a positive attitude
