Davidson College Store Limited Hour Temp chez Davidson College

The Davidson College Store is looking for cashier support to work at all Men's and Women's Basketball games November to March.  Typically 4 hour shifts, though there may be doubleheaders.  Weekends and weekday evenings mostly.  Scheduled for 35 games total.  May also be called in to help in the Store throughout the year.  Job requires someone to physically set up & breakdown sales and equipment each shift.  Moving inventory, stairs, ladders, etc. & Cashiering/Customer Service.

Required Skills:
Customer Service Skills: A positive, helpful demeanor and excellent communication skills to provide a positive customer experience. 
Accuracy & Efficiency: Strong attention to detail for accurate transactions, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. 
Adaptability: The ability to handle frequent changes, customer complaints, and unexpected situations calmly and professionally. 
Technical Skills: Familiarity with operating a cash register, POS system, and other electronic payment equipment.
