Warehouse Coordinator

PURPOSE
The Warehouse Coordinator will perform standard warehousing duties including loading and unloading trucks and organizing incoming packages as well as the tracking and safeguarding of inventory that flows through the tool crib.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are typical for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Perform warehouse work, including custodial, sweeping, cleaning, organizing
- Load and unload trucks and orders for transport
- Transport and deliver a variety of products and materials
- Uphold warehouse equipment and vehicles: repair tools, install truck accessories, clean-out vehicles
- Organize incoming packages according to delivery sites
- Utilize tool management software to allocate and check tools in and out of projects according to Baker Group process and procedure
- Generate and send tool and equipment reports to field supervisors
- Assign tool numbers and label new tools according to Baker Group standards, organize tools and inventory
- Receive tool list from field supervisors and gather tools for projects
- Review job cost and scan and retrieve documents in Spectrum to ensure accuracy of transactions
- Assist in assuring tools are in safe working order prior job site delivery
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook and Excel) and data entry experience.
- Solid organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Knowledge of tools and equipment related to HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical trades
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Obtain OSHA 30 Hours within 1st year
- Valid driver license with good driving record

- Ability to multi-task in detail-oriented manner with solid organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to abide by Company established safety protocols
- Ability to lift, bend, carry
- Flexibility with work schedule, that is subject to change may need to occasionally work weekends and/or overtime
- Heavy lifting may be involved
